It applies to website visitors, advertisers, publishers, affiliates, account users, prospective customers, and individuals whose information is submitted through campaigns hosted or facilitated by Leadvix.
This policy does not replace the privacy notice of an advertiser, publisher, funnel owner, or third-party service that independently collects or uses personal information.

Where Leadvix Ltd determines why and how personal information is processed, it acts as the data controller. Where it processes information only on behalf of an advertiser or publisher, it may act as a processor or service provider.
3. Information We Collect
Account and business information
- Name, username, company name, role, email address, telephone number, and contact details;
- Account credentials, authentication records, preferences, and settings;
- Billing profile, wallet, invoice, transaction, refund, credit, payout, and payment-related records;
- Business verification, tax, compliance, and identity information where required.
Advertiser and campaign information
- Campaign names, offers, targeting, country tiers, niches, budgets, lead requirements, and cost-per-lead bids;
- Funnel pages, form fields, creative materials, URLs, tracking parameters, and campaign rules;
- Lead acceptance, rejection, verification, duplicate, quality, fraud, and conversion records;
- Autoresponder API and webhook configuration details supplied by advertisers.
Publisher and traffic information
- Publisher profile, source, placement, referral, payout, and campaign information;
- Clicks, impressions, referrals, submissions, conversions, timestamps, and attribution records;
- Traffic-quality, compliance, device, browser, fraud, and performance signals.
Lead and opt-in information
The information collected through a campaign depends on the fields configured by the advertiser and may include:
- Name, email address, telephone number, country, region, city, or postal code;
- Answers to campaign-specific or qualification questions;
- Consent records, date and time, source URL, IP address, and tracking information;
- Browser, device, referral, campaign, verification, duplicate, fraud, and lead-quality information.
Technical and usage information
- IP address, device identifiers, browser, operating system, language, and approximate location;
- Login history, activity logs, pages visited, clicks, sessions, referring URLs, and errors;
- Cookie identifiers, analytics data, platform performance, diagnostics, and security events.
Support and communications
We collect information contained in support tickets, emails, feedback, demonstrations, onboarding, surveys, and other communications.
Sensitive information
Leadvix is not designed for collecting special-category or highly sensitive personal information unless specifically approved in writing. Users must not collect health, biometric, government identification, precise financial, racial or ethnic, religious, political, sexual-orientation, or similar sensitive information without a lawful basis, required disclosures and consent, and our written approval.
4. Sources of Information
We may receive information directly from you; from advertisers, publishers, affiliates, funnel owners, and campaign partners; from individuals submitting campaign forms; from connected autoresponders, webhooks, payment providers, and analytics tools; automatically from devices, cookies, logs, and security systems; and from fraud prevention, verification, compliance, or public sources where legally permitted.
5. How We Use Information
- Create, maintain, secure, and administer accounts;
- Operate Leadvix and process pay-per-lead campaigns;
- Build, host, publish, and manage campaign funnels;
- Capture, verify, score, route, and deliver lead opt-ins;
- Send leads to advertiser-configured GetResponse, AWeber, Systeme.io, or webhook integrations;
- Detect bots, duplicate submissions, suspicious activity, abuse, invalid data, and fraud;
- Calculate campaign charges, credits, refunds, publisher earnings, adjustments, and payouts;
- Provide analytics, reporting, attribution, AI-assisted lead scoring, and campaign optimization;
- Provide done-for-you campaign optimization and support;
- Send account, campaign, transaction, security, service, and support communications;
- Improve platform functionality, reliability, usability, and product development;
- Enforce agreements, policies, quality standards, and legal rights;
- Meet tax, accounting, regulatory, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations;
- Send marketing communications where legally permitted and subject to opt-out rights.
6. Legal Bases for Processing

7. Lead Data and Campaign Responsibilities
Advertisers and publishers must provide clear and legally compliant disclosures on funnels and forms. They are responsible for:
- Identifying the party collecting the lead's information;
- Explaining how information will be used and shared;
- Obtaining valid consent where required and retaining evidence of that consent;
- Providing required privacy, terms, marketing, telephone, SMS, and email disclosures;
- Honoring unsubscribe, objection, access, correction, and deletion requests;
- Using lead information only for disclosed and lawful purposes;
- Ensuring downstream processing, resale, redistribution, and follow-up communications are lawful.
Where Leadvix processes lead data for an advertiser, the advertiser remains responsible for its instructions, lawful basis, campaign content, downstream use, and communications with the lead.
9. International Data Transfers
Leadvix may operate internationally, and information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy regulations, standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, contractual protections, and supplementary security measures.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain campaign and consent records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the data type, account status, contractual requirements, limitation periods, legal duties, and security needs.
When data is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, and destruction. Measures may include access controls, encryption, monitoring, logs, backups, vendor reviews, and secure development practices.
No system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, securing API keys and webhook destinations, limiting account access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to direct marketing; request portability; receive information concerning automated decision-making where applicable; and complain to a data-protection authority.
To submit a request, email support@leadvix.io and identify the account, campaign, form, or email address involved. We may request information necessary to verify your identity.
If your information was collected through an advertiser campaign, you may also need to contact that advertiser. Where Leadvix acts as a processor, we may forward the request to the relevant controller or assist them in responding.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Necessary account, transaction, security, legal, and service messages may still be sent.
14. Additional Notice for California Residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about certain disclosures of personal information, as well as rights relating to the sale or sharing of personal information and the use of sensitive personal information.
Leadvix does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense. Some advertising, attribution, analytics, or data transfers may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law depending on configuration. Where required, relevant opt-out controls will be provided. We will not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Leadvix is a business advertising platform and is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. Advertisers and publishers must not knowingly target children or collect children's information through Leadvix without our written approval and full compliance with applicable law.

Leadvix may link to advertiser offers, publisher websites, autoresponders, payment providers, and other third-party services. Their practices are controlled by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of independent third parties. Users should review the policies of each connected service.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance.
