2. About Leadvix

Leadvix is a pay-per-lead advertising platform connecting advertisers and publishers. We provide campaign management, lead delivery, funnel tools, API integrations, reporting and related services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Use only lawful offers.
• Provide accurate landing pages and disclosures.
• Obtain all legally required consent.
• Comply with anti-spam, privacy and consumer protection laws.
• Pay campaign charges when due.

5. Publisher Responsibilities

• Generate genuine traffic only.
• No bots, incentivized fraud, malware or misleading advertising.
• No fake or duplicate leads.
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising policies.

6. Lead Quality

Leadvix performs verification and quality checks. Verification does not guarantee sales, conversions or revenue. Advertisers remain responsible for evaluating lead quality for their business.

7. Payments

• Advertisers must maintain sufficient account balance.
• Publisher payouts are subject to verification and fraud review.
• Refunds are handled according to our internal review process.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Spam or unsolicited communications.
• Fraudulent traffic or fake identities.
• Attempting to bypass platform security.
• Copyright infringement.
• Illegal, deceptive or misleading campaigns.

9. Intellectual Property

All Leadvix software, branding, graphics, code and content remain the property of Leadvix Ltd unless otherwise stated.

10. API Integrations

Leadvix supports integrations such as GetResponse, AWeber, Systeme.io and webhooks. You are responsible for configuring and securing your connected accounts.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, payment default, policy violations or activities that threaten platform integrity.

12. Disclaimer

Leadvix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantee regarding earnings, lead conversion rates, campaign performance or uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadvix Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business or data arising from use of the platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadvix Ltd from claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from your campaigns, content or violation of these Terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of Leadvix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Leadvix Ltd, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
